The story behind Masque of the Black Rose Vladimir

Lord Vladimir, your presence is requested at the upcoming Silken Danse. You might consider such a gathering beneath you, or unfavorably compare them to the carousals you host. Worry not, this masque will not be an intrusion upon your territory. Our matron simply has need of your boldness, to draw in new blood for our grand designs. :Lady Elise
