How Clash works
Five players, an eight-team bracket, one weekend a month.
Clash is Riot's monthly team tournament. You and four players on the same server form a team, play a professional-style draft with every champion unlocked, and fight through a single-elimination bracket of eight teams. Lose the first round and a consolation bracket keeps your day going.
Riot sorts teams into four tiers from the ranks on the roster, with the strongest player counting most, and only teams of one tier meet. A Basic ticket costs 975 Blue Essence or 195 RP. A Premium ticket costs 975 RP and only changes the prizes.
Every win pays 400 Victory Points toward banners and team logos, and a bracket win earns a trophy of the cup's theme that stands at your nexus for two weeks. ARAM Clash runs on the Howling Abyss with the same brackets and needs no ranked placements.
Riot changes a date now and then, so the Clash tab in the client is the final word for your server. The Clash FAQ lists the rules, the tiers and every cup of the season.

Clash FAQ
Next Clash, sign-ups, tickets, tiers and rewards.
The next Clash is the Worlds Clash on Nov 21 to 22, 2026. Riot has not listed it on a server’s feed yet, so the exact times for each server appear here about a week before the weekend.
One player creates a team of five on the same server in the Clash tab and invites the rest from the Monday of Clash week. Every player must be level 30 and verify a mobile phone number by SMS. Summoner’s Rift Clash also needs ranked placements finished in at least one Summoner’s Rift queue this year or last year, while ARAM Clash asks for no ranked games.
A Basic ticket costs 975 Blue Essence or 195 RP, and a Premium ticket costs 975 RP. The Clash mission also hands out a ticket once per theme. Every player on the team submits their own ticket, and the ticket only changes the prizes.
Riot sorts teams into four tiers from the ranks on the roster, weighted toward the strongest player, and matches each tier separately. Tier I is the highest and Tier IV the lowest.
Winning a bracket earns a trophy of the cup’s theme, which stands at your nexus for two weeks. Every win pays 400 Victory Points toward banners and team logos, with a first-win bonus by tier, and every team leaves the bracket with an orb or capsule of skin shards, emotes, icons and essence.
Riot schedules Clash per server. It skips a server now and then, cancels a day, or runs a makeup event in some regions only, so a cup on this page can be absent from your client. The Clash tab and Riot’s news for your region say what runs there.
