How do you get the 2023 Year of the Rabbit Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was acquired by completing the 2023 China Lunar New Year event.”
Is the 2023 Year of the Rabbit Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the 2023 Year of the Rabbit Icon to 2023 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
