It was released during a limited-time event. Riot's description in the client reads: “Released as part of a special event in 2025.”
Is the Don't Even Think About It Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Don't Even Think About It Icon to 2025 (limited-time event), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
