How do you get the Empyrean Nightmare Icon?
It was an event pass reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “A milestone exclusive MSI 2024 icon.”
Is the Empyrean Nightmare Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Empyrean Nightmare Icon to 2024 (event pass), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
