How do you get the Enchanted Influence Icon?
It was an event pass reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “A paid milestone exclusive Worlds 2023 icon.”
Is the Enchanted Influence Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Enchanted Influence Icon to 2023 (event pass), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
