How do you get the Gift of Magic Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by gifting Xayah or Rakan to a friend within the first week after the vastayan duo hits the Rift.”
Is the Gift of Magic Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Gift of Magic Icon to 2017 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
