How do you get the Glorious Evolution Icon?
It came from sending or receiving a gift. Riot's description in the client reads: “Acquired by gifting your friend a Battlecast skin.”
Is the Glorious Evolution Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Glorious Evolution Icon to 2014 (gift), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
