How do you get the Hangzhou 2022 V Icon?
Riot released it to celebrate an event or milestone. Riot's description in the client reads: “Celebrating League of Legends' participation in the 19th Asian Games, a continental multi-sport event held in Hangzhou.”
Is the Hangzhou 2022 V Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Hangzhou 2022 V Icon to 2023 (celebration icon), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
