How do you get the Impact Coin Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was given to players who donated to the Impact Challenge”
Is the Impact Coin Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Impact Coin Icon to 2016 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
