How do you get the LEC 2021 Spring?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “2020 LEC Summoner Icon - This icon is available only after taking part in one of the LEC online competitions.”
Is the LEC 2021 Spring still available?
No. Riot tied the LEC 2021 Spring to 2021 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
