How do you get the Petals Of Remembrance Icon?
It was an event pass reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “A milestone exclusive Arcane 2024 icon.”
Is the Petals Of Remembrance Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Petals Of Remembrance Icon to 2024 (event pass), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
