How do you get the Piltover Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by participating in a limited time, website only event in 2016 or completing missions during the release of the Runeterra map.”
Is the Piltover Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Piltover Icon to 2016 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
