How do you get the Prestige Visions of the Fallen Jarvan IV Border Icon?
Riot released it to celebrate an event or milestone. Riot's description in the client reads: “An icon celebrating the release of Prestige Visions of the Fallen Jarvan IV.”
Is the Prestige Visions of the Fallen Jarvan IV Border Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Prestige Visions of the Fallen Jarvan IV Border Icon to 2025 (celebration icon), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
