How do you get the Riftbound Portal Icon?
Riot released it to celebrate an event or milestone. Riot's description in the client reads: “An icon celebrating Riftbound.”
Is the Riftbound Portal Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Riftbound Portal Icon to 2025 (celebration icon), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
