How do you get the RNG - Never Give Up Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon is to commemorate finishing the MAKE/BREAK challenges of RNG.”
Is the RNG - Never Give Up Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the RNG - Never Give Up Icon to 2021 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
