EUNE has 200 Challenger seats. Grandmaster takes the next 500 players, so the Grandmaster line sits at seat 700 of the combined Master+ ladder. A player also needs at least 800 LP, even when a seat is free.
1,958 LP. Master, Grandmaster and Challenger share one LP count with no divisions, so the LP you earn in Master carries over. The tier you hold depends on where that LP places you on the EUNE ladder.
