How do you get the Beta - Master Beta Participant?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by being in the top 100-500 players in Beta.”
Is the Beta - Master Beta Participant still available?
No. Riot tied the Beta - Master Beta Participant to 2009 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
Beta - Master Beta Participant is one of the rarest LoL summoner icons.
