How do you get the High Noon 2024 Insignia Icon?
It was an event pass reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “A free milestone exclusive High Noon 2024 icon.”
Is the High Noon 2024 Insignia Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the High Noon 2024 Insignia Icon to 2024 (event pass), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
