Key takeaways
- From patch 26.22 (November 4, 2026), each player sees Mythic Shop offers unique to them instead of one shared rotation.
- During patch 26.21, Riot realigns the rotation timings of the Biweekly, Weekly and Daily sections, so items can leave earlier or later than the usual schedule.
- Riot says personal offers may later let the shop show content that is more relevant to each player, but it has not said how offers will be picked.
- The announcement mentions no change to Mythic Essence or prices. Skins in the shared shop cost 125 to 200 ME, chromas 35 ME and icons 5 ME.
- If an item you want is in your shop before November 4, buy it then, because no shared schedule will tell you when it returns.
Riot Games will make the League of Legends Mythic Shop personal in patch 26.22, which goes live on November 4, 2026. Until then every player sees the same Biweekly, Weekly and Daily offers at the same time, which is why Reddit threads, X accounts and sites like this one could post "the Mythic Shop rotation" for everyone. After the patch, each player gets their own selection, and a list of offers from another player no longer tells you what your own shop contains.
This article covers what Riot announced, the timing changes in patch 26.21, how the shared shop worked and what it charged, and what to do with your Mythic Essence before and after the switch.
What Riot announced
Riot's announcement reads:
During Patch 26.22, we'll be making changes to the Mythic Shop so that each player will start to see offerings unique to them, rather than everyone having the same selection at a given time. We're hoping this will open up the possibility in the future to allow for you to see more relevant content.
In preparation for this, we'll be making some changes during 26.21 so the rotation timings of the Bi-weekly, Weekly, and Daily sections of the Mythic Shop are better aligned. Keep a close eye on the rotation timings so you don't miss anything.
The announcement answers two questions: when the shop changes and what changes first. It leaves several open, which we list further down.
Timeline
| Date | Patch | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| During patch 26.21 | 26.21 | Riot realigns the rotation timings of the Biweekly, Weekly and Daily sections. |
| November 4, 2026 | 26.22 | Mythic Shop offers become unique to each player. |
| November 5, 2026 | — | Our Mythic Shop page switches from the shared rotation to a list of every item the shared shop has sold. |
The timing change in 26.21 matters more than it looks. Before 26.21, the three sections each followed their own schedule, so a Biweekly skin stayed for two weeks and a Weekly chroma for one. While Riot aligns the timings, an offer can leave earlier or stay longer than that pattern suggests, so the countdown on each item in the client is the only reliable guide.
How the shared Mythic Shop worked
Until patch 26.22, the Mythic Shop had up to four sections, each on its own schedule. The table combines the League wiki's tier list for patch 26.09 with the shared rotations we hold from September 2025 to October 2026.
| Section | Rotates | Typical items | Prices in our records |
|---|---|---|---|
| Featured | By listed end date | New Prestige skins, Nexus Finishers, chromas, emotes | 125 to 150 ME (skins), 250 ME (finishers) |
| Biweekly | Every two weeks | Returning Prestige skins and Mythic skins, about 12 at a time | 125 to 200 ME |
| Weekly | Every week | Returning event chromas and Mythic chromas, about 8 at a time | 35 ME each |
| Daily | Every day | Profile icons, emotes, ward skins, about 4 at a time | 5 ME (icons), 25 ME (emotes), 50 ME (other items) |
The League wiki lists Featured prices of 250, 150 and 50 ME and Daily prices of 25, 5 and 50 ME for patch 26.09. Across the rotations we hold, Biweekly skins cost 125 to 200 ME, with Mythic skins such as Ashen Conqueror Pantheon at the low end and Neo PAX Jax at the top. Our Mythic Shop rotation history lists every shared Featured, Weekly and Biweekly rotation since September 2025 with its prices.
Because the shared shop repeated on a fixed rhythm, players could predict it. Threads on r/leagueoflegends tracked which Prestige skins came back and how often, and sites such as Mobalytics and rotations.lol published each new Biweekly lineup, which the personal shop no longer allows.
What changes for you
Your shop and your friend's shop can differ
From November 4, two players who open the Mythic Shop at the same moment can see different items. A screenshot from a friend, a post on X or a rotation tracker shows that person's shop, not yours. To know whether a skin is available to you, you need to open your own shop.
Rotation trackers lose their main job
Sites and accounts that published "this week's Mythic Shop rotation" relied on one shared selection. After patch 26.22 they can only show what one account sees. Our own Mythic Shop page changes for that reason: from November 5 it lists every item the shared shop has sold, with its Mythic Essence price, its section and when it was last offered, which stays true for every player.
No schedule for an item's return
In the shared shop, a returning Prestige skin tended to come back every few rotations, and players planned their Mythic Essence around that. Riot has not said how the personal shop picks offers, so nobody outside Riot can tell you when an item will appear in your shop again.
What the announcement does not change
Riot's announcement does not mention Mythic Essence, item prices or crafting. Mythic Essence still buys Mythic Shop items, and Riot's Mythic Shop and Mythic Essence FAQ also lists crafting unvaulted Prestige and Mythic skins, emotes, chromas, icons, finishers and titles with it. Until Riot says otherwise, those uses stay as they are.
What to do before November 4
- Open the Mythic Shop now and note what you want. Anything in your shop during patch 26.21 is a known offer, which you lose once selections become personal.
- Check each item's countdown during 26.21. Riot asked players to "keep a close eye on the rotation timings", because the realignment can shorten some offers.
- Buy items you have been waiting for when they appear. If you were saving for a specific Prestige skin and it is in your shop before the switch, that is the last time a shared schedule tells you it is available.
- Keep a Mythic Essence reserve. If the personal shop shows you an item you want at a random time, you can only buy it if you have the Essence ready. A Biweekly skin costs 125 to 200 ME in our records.
How to get Mythic Essence
Riot says Mythic Essence is primarily available from the Sanctum, the gacha in the Loot tab of the League client. The League wiki lists the payouts below. Our Mythic Essence guide explains each source and links to the sources.
| Source | Mythic Essence |
|---|---|
| Sanctum B-tier rewards | Mostly 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 ME |
| Sanctum Exalted S-tier, fully unlocked | 270 ME |
| Sanctum Mythic Variant S-tier, fully unlocked | 130 ME |
| Sanctum Exalted A-tier, fully unlocked | 35 ME |
| Sanctum Mythic Variant A-tier, fully unlocked | 20 ME |
| Paid track of each seasonal Battle Pass | 25 ME |
| Hextech Chest | 10 ME at a 3.6% chance |
Riot sells no Mythic Essence bundle, so money only reaches it indirectly through Ancient Sparks for Sanctum pulls and the paid Battle Pass track.
Open questions
Riot's announcement leaves these points unanswered. We will update this article when Riot answers them.
- How offers are picked. Riot only says the change may later allow "more relevant content". It has not said whether offers depend on the champions you play or the skins you own.
- How many items each player sees. The announcement does not say whether the number of offers per section changes.
- Whether sections keep their names. The Featured, Biweekly, Weekly and Daily sections may change once timings are aligned.
- Whether Featured releases stay shared. New Prestige skins have launched in the Featured section for everyone at once. Riot has not said whether that continues.

No. From patch 26.22, each player sees offerings unique to them instead of one shared selection.
Riot realigns the rotation timings of the Biweekly, Weekly and Daily sections in preparation for the personal shop. Offers can leave earlier or later than their usual one-day, one-week or two-week window while this happens.
Until patch 26.21, the Daily section refreshed every day, the Weekly section every week and the Biweekly section every two weeks. Featured offers left on their listed end date. Riot has not published the aligned timings for 26.21 and later.
In the shared shop, skins in the Biweekly section stayed for two weeks. Riot has not said how long offers last in the personal shop.
In the shared rotations we recorded, skins cost 125 to 200 Mythic Essence, chromas 35 ME and profile icons 5 ME. Riot's announcement does not mention price changes.
Not directly. Riot sells no Mythic Essence bundle. You can spend RP on Ancient Sparks for Sanctum pulls, which can pay out Mythic Essence, or on the paid Battle Pass track, which includes 25 ME.
