How do you get the Holiday Nashor Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by being in the top 20% of good behavior during the 2012 Season.”
Is the Holiday Nashor Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Holiday Nashor Icon to 2012 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
