How do you get the Reindeer Urf Icon?
It came from sending or receiving a gift. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by gifting a skin during the 2012 Snowdown event.”
Is the Reindeer Urf Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Reindeer Urf Icon to 2012 (gift), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
